减少微小流量装置蒸发量的研究

微小液体流量装置测量过程中,液体的蒸发会给测量带来额外的不确定度,用薄膜覆盖在液体表面,可有效减少液体的蒸发量.该文对石腊油、硅油、橄榄油3种薄膜液体的不同表面密度及时间对水分蒸发的影响开展实验分析,得出当表面密度达到0.1 g/cm2时,薄膜的抑制效果基本不变,硅油的抑制率效果最好,放置1 h后抑制率基本趋于稳定,达到97%,而石腊油效果最差,抑制率基本不随时间变化.从而证明含有两亲分子基团的有机溶剂铺展性能好,适合作为薄膜铺展溶剂.针对内外双杯称重系统的结构,给出在不同流量点下的内、外杯薄膜质量计算以及实验结果,流量在10~200 μL/min时,蒸发所带来的不确定度可减少至0.04%以下,在微流量1~5 μL/min时,不确定度达到0.39%以下.
Research on reducing evaporation of micro flow device
In the process of measurements of micro liquid flow, the evaporation of liquids will bring extra measurement uncertainty. Covering a film on the surface of liquid can effectively reduce the evaporation of liquid. Through the experimental analysis on the influence of different surface density and time of three different kinds of thin-film liquids like paraffin oil, silicone oil, olive oil on the water evaporation, a conclusion was made that when the surface density reached 0.1 g/cm2, the inhibitory effect of the film was basically unchanged, the inhibition effect of silicone oil was the best and it became basically stable and reaches 97% after it was placed for 1h, while paraffin oil had the worst inhibition effect and the inhibition rate did not change with time basically. Results show that the organic solvent with two molecular groups has good spreading property and it is suitable as the solvent for film spreading. According to the structure of double cup weighing system, the inner and outer cup oil film mass calculation and experimental results under different flow points are given. When the flow is 10-200 μL/min, the uncertainty brought by evaporation can be deceased to below 0.04%. When the micro flow is 1-5 μL/min, the uncertainty can reach below 0.39%.
