摘要

宣纸在中国书画艺术历史中占据不可小觑的地位,润墨性是鉴别宣纸质量的重要指标,所以对其润墨性的检测至关重要.现有检测方法易对宣纸造成损坏且受人为主观因素影响较大,为解决现有检测技术的缺陷,该文提出使用空气耦合超声技术对宣纸的润墨性进行检测,针对不同润墨性的宣纸进行C扫描成像,通过彩色直方图分析成像结果中的颜色分布关系,对宣纸润墨性进行评价.当采用 400 kHz空耦探头、200 mm/s扫描速度时,C扫描结果均能对不同宣纸的润墨性做出表征,该方法克服传统检测中主观因素的影响,能够在对宣纸无损的情况下实现润墨性检测.通过上述结果表明,该方法可为宣纸的无损检测提供一些理论和实践参考.

Abstract

Xuan paper occupies a position that cannot be underestimated in the history of Chinese painting and calligraphy art.Moistening is an important indicator to identify the quality of rice paper,so the detection of its moisturizing is very important.The existing detection methods are easy to damage the rice paper and are greatly affected by human subjective factors.In order to solve the defects of the existing detection technology,this paper proposes to use the air-coupled ultrasonic technology to detect the ink wetness of the rice paper.C-scan imaging was performed on the rice paper,and the color distribution relationship in the imaging results was analyzed by the color histogram to evaluate the ink wetness of the rice paper.When using a 400 kHz air-coupled probe and a scanning speed of 200 mm/s,the C-scan results can all characterize the ink wetting properties of different rice paper.This method overcomes the influence of subjective factors in traditional testing,and can be used without damage to rice paper.Realize wettability detection.The above results show that this method provides some theoretical and practical references for non-destructive testing of rice paper.
