强化坏路工况下冷却模块的加速耐久试验研究

提出一种加速疲劳试验功率谱编辑法.以某款商用车道路试验载荷谱为基础,通过分析各路况下的频域特征,结合冷却模块的计算模态结果,确认导致冷却模块失效的风险路况.基于采集的载荷信号计算得到各路况疲劳损伤谱分量,应用Miner线性叠理论获得总疲劳损伤,最终编辑生成台架加速试验用功率谱.通过对加速谱时域、幅值域和频域角度的对比,验证加速谱台架响应统计特征与原始谱的一致性.冷却模块的台架耐久试验表明,将振动量级提高 1.85倍,通过 57h的台架试验模拟完成三种风险路段数百小时的道路试验.并复现道路试验的失效故障,验证其有效性.
Study on accelerated endurance test of cooling module under strengthening bad circuit condition
An accelerated test power spectrum editing method is proposed.Based on the road test load spectrum of a commercial vehicle,by analyzing the frequency domain characteristics of each road condition and referring to the calculated modal results of the cooling module,the risk road conditions leading to the failure of the cooling module were confirmed.The fatigue damage spectrum components of each road condition were calculated based on the collected load signals,the total fatigue damage was obtained by using Miner's linear superposition theory.Finally,the power spectrum for bench acceleration test is generated.With the acceleration spectrum compared and verified through time domain,amplitude domain and frequency domain angles,the data shows that the statistical characteristics of the accelerated spectrum are consistent with the original spectrum.The bench endurance test of cooling module shows that the enhanced vibration magnitude by 1.85 times,hundreds of hours of road tests on three risky conditions can be shortened to 57 hours of bench test,and reproduce failures in the road test,which verifies the effectiveness.
