外加剂对硫氧镁水泥泡沫混凝土性能影响

该文研究磷酸三钠、葡萄糖、有机酸C、有机酸盐D四种外加剂复掺对硫氧镁水泥泡沫混凝土抗压强度和耐水性的影响.并采用XRD、SEM表征硫氧镁水泥泡沫混凝土试样的物相组成和微观结构.结果表明,适当掺量的四种外加剂都能提高硫氧镁水泥泡沫混凝土抗压强度及耐水性,有机酸C对硫氧镁水泥泡沫混凝土抗压强度影响较大,有机酸C掺量为 0.6%时,试块 28d抗压强度达到 1.91 MPa;磷酸三钠可以有效改善硫氧镁水泥泡沫混凝土耐水性,当磷酸三钠掺量 0.6%时,试块软化系数达 0.8;复掺外加剂试样强度与耐水性得到提升,其 28d抗压强度达到2.1 MPa,是不掺外加剂试样的1.58倍,其软化系数达0.92.
Effect of additives on properties of magnesium sulfate cement foam concrete
The effects of trisodium phosphate,glucose,organic acid C,organic acid D and four admixtures on the compressive strength and water resistance of magnesium sulfate cement foamed concrete were studied.The phase composition and microstructure of mgo cement foamed concrete were characterized by XRD and SEM.The results show that the compressive strength and water resistance of mgo cement foamed concrete can be improved by adding four kinds of admixtures in proper amount,and organic acid C has a great influence on the compressive strength of MGO cement foamed concrete.When the content of organic acid C is 0.6%,the compressive strength of MGO cement foamed concrete can be improved by adding four kinds of admixtures in proper amount,the compressive strength of the 28-day specimen was 1.91 MPa,the trisodium phosphate could effectively improve the water resistance of the foamed concrete,and the softening coefficient of the specimen was 0.8 when the trisodium phosphate content was 0.6%,and the strength and water resistance of the specimen were enhanced when the admixture was added,the compressive strength at 28 d is 2.1 MPa,which is 1.58 times of the sample without additive,and the softening coefficient is 0.92.
