混掺纤维透水沥青混料的路用性能试验研究

外掺纤维材料可在一定程度上综合提升透水沥青混合料的服役性能,研究对不同组合方案下的透水沥青混合料与普通透水沥青混合料进行性能对比分析.纤维组合方案包括单掺BF、单掺PP、复掺BF+PP在内共计 15种.分别对混合料的高温稳定性、水稳定性、低温抗裂性、疲劳性能及排水性能进行综合考察,认为玄武岩纤维可综合促进透水沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性及疲劳性能,但对水稳定性的提升不明显.而经过适宜比例复掺的混合料(0.4%BF+0.2%PP和 0.4%BF+0.1%PP),能够对水稳性能在内的各项路用性能都进行显著提升,提升幅度可达到20%以上,这对于透水沥青路面的高品质发展及推广应用具有重要意义.
Experimental study on pavement performance of porous asphalt mixture mixed with fiber
The service performance of porous asphalt mixture can be improved by adding fiber material to a certain extent,and the performance of porous asphalt mixture under different combination schemes is compared with that of ordinary porous asphalt mixture.There are 15 fiber combination schemes including single BF,single PP and double BF+PP.The high temperature stability,water stability,low temperature crack resistance,fatigue property and drainage property of the mixture were comprehensively investigated,it is considered that basalt fiber can improve the high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance and fatigue performance of pervious asphalt mixture,but the improvement of water stability is not obvious.The mixture with proper proportion(0.4%BF+0.2%PP and 0.4%BF+0.1%PP)can significantly improve the road performance,including water stability,and the range of improvement can reach more than 20%,this is of great significance for the development of high quality pervious asphalt pavement and its popularization and application.
