摘要

为研究镶齿滚刀与光面滚刀破碎不同类型岩石的切削性能,基于非线性动力学有限元软件,建立镶齿滚刀与光面滚刀直线切割岩石的动力学仿真模型,对 3种常见TBM工程硬岩进行破岩仿真,探究不同岩石特性下滚刀类型与贯入度的最优组合.利用盘形滚刀线性切割试验台,开展光面滚刀破碎花岗岩试验,对仿真结果进行验证.研究结果表明:在凝灰岩、花岗岩和片麻岩地层下,镶齿滚刀与光面滚刀的比能耗都在贯入度为 6mm左右出现转折,有最低比能耗,在这 3种地层下小于 6mm贯入度掘进时采用光面滚刀的效果更好;滚刀在不同地层下的破岩垂直力都可以用同一种函数进行拟合,对于同种滚刀,岩石强度越大,滚刀破岩垂直力随贯入度增长的速率越大,在同一种岩石强度下,镶齿滚刀破岩垂直力增长速率大于光面滚刀.

Abstract

In order to study the cutting performance of inlay hob and smooth surface hob in breaking different types of rocks,based on the nonlinear dynamic finite element software,the dynamics simulation model of inlay hob and smooth surface hob for linear cutting of rocks is established.Rock breaking simulation is carried out for three joint TBM engineering hard rocks to investigate the optimal combination of hob type and penetration degree under different rock characteristics.The simulation results were verified by conducting a granite break test by using a smooth blade disc hobbing on linear cutting test platform.The results show that the specific energy consumption of both tooth hob and smooth blade hob turns around 6mm penetration and has the lowest specific energy consumption in tuff,granite and gneiss formations,and the effect of using smooth blade hob is better when digging with less than 6 mm penetration in these three formations.The vertical rock breaking force of the hob in different strata can be fitted by the same function,for the same type of hob,the greater the rock strength the vertical rock breaking force increases with the penetration degree.For the same type of hob,the greater the rock strength,the greater the growth rate of the vertical force of the hob with the penetration,and under the same rock strength,the growth rate of the vertical force of the hob with the tooth set is greater than that of the bare surface hob.
