海底电缆动态疲劳试验方法研究

海底电缆安装敷设与在位运行期间承受长期、复杂的动态荷载,容易发生疲劳失效.针对悬跨海底电缆动态行为复杂,缺乏模拟海底电缆与海床脱离点处疲劳试验方法的问题,该文搭建悬跨海底电缆与海床接触的原型疲劳试验装置,开发悬跨海底电缆疲劳试验方法,开展内部疲劳失效发生层动态应变信息测量方法研究.结果表明:动态疲劳试验能够准确模拟海底电缆疲劳受力状态并还原其在振动荷载下的结构响应,试验过程中的加载拉力误差低于 15%,加载曲率误差低于 10%,对海底电缆内部铅护套层的应变测量误差低于 10%.该文提出的动态疲劳试验方法对海底电缆的结构失效验证具有很好的参考价值.
Study on dynamic fatigue test method of subsea cable
The submarine cable is subjected to long-term and complex dynamic load during installation and operation,and is prone to fatigue failure.Aimed at the complex dynamic behavior of free spanning subsea cable and the lack of test method simulating the fatigue problem of the seabed separation point,the prototype fatigue device of free spanning subsea cable considering the seabed contact was built in this paper.The fatigue test method of free spanning subsea cable was developed,the measurement method of dynamic strain information of internal fatigue failure occurrence layer was studied.The result shows that:the dynamic fatigue test can accurately simulate the fatigue stress state and restore the structural response of free spanning subsea cable under vibrating load,the error of loading tension was below 15%and the error of loading curvature was below 10%during the test,the errors of stress measurement of lead sheath were below 10%compared to the numerical results.The dynamic fatigue test method proposed in this paper has an important engineering significance for the structural failure verification of subsea cable.
