Contact angle of bearing measurement based on matching strategy and SVR
The contact angle is an important design parameter to characterize the performance of bearings.Especially for high-precision rolling bearings, the size of the contact angle directly affects the stiffness, bearing capacity and life of the bearing. The traditional method is to stick reflective measuring markers on the end face of the cage, but it is difficult to operate some ultra-thin and ultra wide series bearings. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a bearing cage speed measurement method based on machine vision.By detecting the position change of the bearing rolling body and combining with the translation matching of gray information, the bearing rotation Angle is measured.Combined with the acquisition time stamp, the regression analysis is performed by using SVR algorithm to calculate the cage speed. The simulation results show that the method proposed in this paper can achieve the high precision detection of the performance index with the maximum error of 0.01 grade without setting the physical mark, which provides an important parameter basis for the inspection of the bearing performance in aero-engine.
