摘要

目的 解决现有的非本案设计的电动灌肠器在超声引导下进行水压灌肠和空气灌肠时存在交叉感染的隐患等问题.方法 以采用国内现有的非本案设计的电动灌肠器在超声引导下治疗肠套叠为例,根据其存在的缺陷,提出解决方案并研制新型灌肠仪器.结果 研制出的新型介入超声灌器能自动注入液体介质和气体介质,自动排出结肠内的液体和气体,自动控制压力,自动控制液体温度,自动控制注入剂量,自动进行仪器自身管道冲洗,操作清洁卫生,能有效避免交叉感染、器械污染和环境污染,单人即可操作,简便、快捷.超声引导下使用本仪器以≤12 kPa压力对300例肠套叠患儿进行水压或空气灌肠治疗,294例复位成功,无一出现肠穿孔等并发症.结论 在超声引导下的灌肠检查中,用操作简便、使用安全、疗效可靠、效率高的自动化仪器取代繁琐的手工操作,有助于推动介入超声灌肠技术的普及与发展.

Abstract

Objective To address the issues of cross infections when applying aerial enema and hydrostatic enema with the electric enemator (not-this design) under the guide of ultrasound. Methods Based on the defects existing in the electric enemator (not-this design) used to cure intussusception by enema under the guide of ultrasound, we designed a new kind of electric enemator. Results We developed a new interventional ultrasound enemator. The instrument can automatically inject liquids and gases, discharge liquids and gases in the colon,and control the pressure, liquid temperature and injection dose. In addition, the instrument can also automatically flush pipeline. The instrument was effective to avoid cross infection, equipment contamination and environmental pollution. 300 children with intussusception were underwent aerial enema or hydrostatic enema using the instrument under 12 kPa pressure. 294 succeeded and no intestinal perforation occurred. Conclusions It is helpful to promote the popularization and development of interventional ultrasound enema technology using safety, efficient and reliable automatical instrument instead of tedious manual operation.
