摘要
目的 探讨超声影像组学对甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)颈部淋巴结跳跃性转移的预测效能.方法 回顾性分析首次行手术的206例PTC患者的超声图像并提取影像组学特征,根据术后病理结果分为跳跃性转移组和非跳跃性转移组,以7:3分为训练集(n=144)及验证集(n=62),采用最小绝对值收敛和选择算子(LASSO)算法对影像组学特征进行筛选并构建多因素回归模型;绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线对模型进行评估.结果 206例PTC患者根据术后病理结果分为跳跃性转移组43例和非跳跃性转移组163例,共提取了 858个影像组学超声特征,经筛选后获得7个最佳超声影像组学特征,构建的多因素回归模型训练集曲线下面积(AUC)为0.853、验证集AUC为0.732.结论 超声影像组学可对PTC颈部淋巴结跳跃性转移进行预测,为临床提供帮助.
Abstract
Objective To explore the predictive efficacy of ultrasound radiomics in skip metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC).Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the ultrasound images of 206 PTC pa-tients who underwent their first surgery,and ultrasound radiomics features were extracted.The least absolute shrink-age and selection operator(LASSO)algorithm was used to select the ultrasound radiomics features,and a radiomics model was constructed to predict skip metastasis in PTC.The model's efficacy was evaluated by the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Results A total of 858 ultrasound radiomics features were extracted from the ultrasound images.After screening,7 optimal radiomics features were obtained.The area under the curve(AUC)of the training set was 0.853 and the AUC of the test set was 0.732.Conclusions Ultrasound radiomics may be useful to predict skip metastasis in PTC.
