摘要

目的 分析细胞周期调节蛋白-67(Ki-67)及细胞角蛋白5/6(CK5/6)在不同年龄及超声乳腺影像报告和数据系统(BI-RADS)乳腺癌中的表达情况.方法 将677例乳腺癌患者共678个病灶的Ki-67、CK5/6表达结果与超声BI-RADS分类、患者年龄进行对比分析.结果 BI-RADS不同分类中乳腺癌Ki-67及CK5/6表达结果差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且BI-RADS 3类乳腺癌中Ki-67高表达率及CK5/6阳性表达率均较高.不同年龄组乳腺癌Ki-67及CK5/6表达结果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).二分类Logistic回归分析显示超声BI-RADS分类与Ki-67高表达及CK5/6阳性表达密切相关(P<0.05).结论 乳腺癌Ki-67及CK5/6表达与超声BI-RADS分类相关,与患者年龄无关.

Abstract

Objective To analyze the expression of cell cycle regulatory protein-67(Ki-67)and cytokeratin 5/6(CK5/6)in breast cancer in different age and different grade of breast imaging reporting data system(BI-RADS).Methods The expression of Ki-67 and CK5/6 in 677 breast cancer patients with 678 lesions were compared among dif-ferent grade of BI-RADS classification and patients'age.Results There was significant difference in the expression of Ki-67 and CK5/6 in breast cancer of different BI-RADS grade(P<0.05),and the high expression rate in Ki-67 and positive expression rate in CK5/6 were both higher in breast cancer of BI-RADS grade 3.There was no significant difference in the expression of Ki-67 and CK5/6 in breast cancer among different age groups(P>0.05).Binary Lo-gistic regression analysis showed that ultrasound BI-RADS grade was closely related to the high expression of Ki-67 and positive expression of CK5/6(P<0.05).Conclusions The expression of Ki-67 and CK5/6 in breast cancer is re-lated to the ultrasonic BI-RADS,but not related to the patient's age.
