摘要
目的 总结儿童隐睾扭转的超声表现和临床特征.方法 回顾分析13例经手术及病理证实的隐睾扭转患儿的临床及超声检查资料.结果 经手术确诊患儿13例,其中睾丸声像清晰显示为8例、未见为2例、首次诊断不明3例;1例误诊为炎性病变,另2例误将睾丸旁低回声团当成占位病变.结论 儿童隐睾扭转有常见的主要声像图特征,了解并熟练掌握超声表现有助于超声医师准确诊断.
Abstract
Objective To summarize the ultrasonographic manifestations and clinical features of children with cryptorchidism torsion.Methods Clinical and ultrasonography data of 13 children with cryptorchidism torsion con-firmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results A total of 13 children were diagnosed through surgery,of which clear testicular could be found in 8 cases on ultrasound,undetectable in 2,and 3 cases had unclear initial diagnosis.One case was misdiagnosed as an inflammatory lesion,while in the other two cases,the hypoechoic mass adjacent to the testicles was mistakenly identified as a mass lesion.Conclusions Children with cryptorchidism torsion have common main ultrasound features,and understanding and mastering ultrasonic manifestations proficiently can help sonographers accurately diagnose.
