Intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine processing and usage on drug action
Objective To analyze the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine processing and usage on drug action, and provide reference for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods A total of 200 patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine treated in Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from November 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with unprocessed traditional Chinese medicine, while the observation group was treated with processed traditional Chinese medicine. The processing methods implemented mainly included purifying selection, cutting, purification and auxiliary preparation. The clinical efficacy, incidence of adverse reactions and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores before and after treatment between two groups were compared. Results The treatment total effective rate of the observation group was 98.0%,which was higher than 88.0%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=7.681,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 1.0%,which was lower than 7.0%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.688,P<0.05).After treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in the observation group was(8.2±1.3)points,which was lower than that in the control group with(14.0±1.8)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=26.122,P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine processing could improve drug properties, reduce drug toxicity, and with reasonable medication use methods,it could achieve good clinical treatment effects while ensuring the safety of patient medication.
