Effect of small incision surgery in the treatment of spinal trauma
Objective To explore the effect of small incision surgery in the treatment of spinal trauma,in order to provide reference for the development of clinical treatment plans for spinal trauma. Methods From January 2020 to January 2022,106 patients with spinal trauma admitted to Yanggu County People's Hospital were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into observation group and control group using computer randomization, with 53 cases in each group. The control group received traditional open surgery treatment, while the observation group received small incision surgery treatment. The surgical time, intraoperative bleeding volume, length of hospital stay, postoperative pain score,Cobbs angle and correction loss degree, and incidence of postoperative complications between two groups were compared. Results The surgical time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the intraoperative bleeding volume was less than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain scores of the observation group at 12,24,48 and 72 h after surgery were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Cobbs angle and correction loss degree in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 3.77%,which was lower than that in the control group with 15.09%,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=3.975,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect and safety of small incision surgery in the treatment of patients with spinal trauma were more prominent, which helped to alleviate postoperative pain, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, promote early recovery of patients.
