Study on the effect of mycophenolate mofetil in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus
Objective To investigate the effect of mycophenolate mofetil in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus,in order to provide reference for the development of clinical treatment plans for systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods A total of eighty patients with systemic lupus erythematosus admitted to Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects and were divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group by using computer randomization method. The control group received prednisone combined with cyclophosphamide treatment, while the observation group received prednisone combined with mycophenolate mofetil treatment. The treatment effect, incidence of adverse drug reactions and systemic lupus erythematosus disease activity score(SLEDAI)before and after treatment of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 85.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=3.913,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was 7.50%,which was lower than that in the control group with 25.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.500,P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in SLEDAI scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, the SLEDAI score of the observation group was(5.82±0.78)points,which was lower than that in the control group with(7.41±1.22)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.944,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of systenic lupus erythematosus with mycophenolate mofetil had good effect and higher safety, and was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
