Research progress in related nursing of acute myocardial infarction
As the common cardiovascular diseases, acute myocardial infarction has a great impact on the health of patients. This disease mainly refers to local necrosis of some myocardium due to severe persistent ischemia caused by coronary artery occlusion and interruption of blood flow.In clinical practice, there are severe and persistent sternal pain, fever, increased white blood cell count, increased erythrocyte sedimentation rate, increased serum myocardial enzyme activity and progressive electrocardiogram changes. The treatment of acute myocardial infarction should protect and maintain heart function, rescue dying myocardium, prevent infarction from expanding and promptly address various complications. If effective nursing interventions cannot be carried out,it is often easy to induce problems such as heart failure, shock and arrhythmia, and in severe cases,it can even endanger patients'life safety. In order to address this issue, medical staff should conduct a systematic analysis of nursing work, analyze and summarize the clinical nursing experience of patients with such diseases,in order to lay a solid foundation for improving and optimizing the comprehensive level of patient nursing. This article reviews the research progress of nursing related to acute myocardial infarction, hoping to provide reference for the development of subsequent medical research work.
