Application progress of biochemical test in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus
Diabetes mellitus is a common medical disease. Its causes are closely related to patients'overeating, insufficient exercise, obesity, genetics and other reasons. The common clinical symptoms are polydipsia, polyuria, fatigue and weakness, etc. With the continuous progress of the times, people's living standards have also improved, leading to changes in people's living habits, eating habits, hobbies and other aspects, which also makes the number of people with diabetes mellitus on the rise in recent years. If patients with diabetes mellitus fail to control their blood glucose in time, keeping their blood glucose high for a long time,it is easy to cause damage to other organs, leading to the occurrence of related complications such as diabetes foot and vascular disease, which seriously affect the physical and mental health and quality of life of patients. Therefore,if patients belong to the disease prone group or have clinical symptoms suspected of diabetes mellitus in their daily life, they need to go to the hospital in time for treatment. At present, there are more and more detection blood glucose indicators and detection methods of diabetes mellitus. This paper reviews the research progress of biochemical indexes commonly involved in diagnosis of diabetes mellitus,in order to improve the accuracy of early diagnosis of diabetes mellitus,so as to improve the prognosis of patients.
