Research progress on exercise intervention for pneumoconiosis patients
Pneumoconiosis is a lung disease caused by long-term inhalation of organic or non organic dust and fibers in the air.It is a chronic and irreversible disease and the most common occupational disease. The pathological changes in lung tissue are mainly diffuse interstitial fibrosis, which is easily accompanied by other lung diseases, seriously endangering the health and life of patients.Currently, there is no effective radical treatment.Pulmonary rehabilitation is considered suitable for all stable chronic respiratory disease patients who are disabled due to respiratory symptoms. If the appropriate population and rehabilitation treatment goals are selected, late stage patients can also benefit. The basic core of pulmonary rehabilitation therapy is exercise intervention. As the disease progresses, pneumoconiosis patients experience worsening lung function damage, difficulty breathing and limited movement, and generally lower quality of life.Long term regular exercise intervention is beneficial for improving the quality of life of patients and is of great significance for improving their social abilities. This article reviews the relevant evidence-based evidence of existing pulmonary rehabilitation training, aiming to explore the safety and effectiveness of exercise intervention for pneumoconiosis patients, the best way, frequency and duration of exercise intervention, and provide a theoretical basis for exercise intervention treatment for pneumoconiosis patients.
