Objective To investigate the willingness and cognitive level of family members of patients with"Internet plus nursing service".Methods The family members of 100 patients discharged from the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from May 2022 to May 2023 were analyzed,and the self-designed willingness questionnaire of"Internet plus nursing service"was used to survey the family members of patients.Results According to the survey results,(1)the willingness and attitude of patients'family members towards"Internet plus nursing services":8:00-18:00 for door-to-door service,accounting for the first place;the risk of on-site services was mostly medical risk,accounting for the second largest proportion;the fee paid for on-site service was less than 200 yuan,accounting for the third largest proportion.(2)The cognition of patients'family members on"Internet plus nursing service":The cognition of patients'families on"Internet plus nursing service":"Internet plus nursing service"medical service specifications and related management systems,as well as responsibilities and rights in medical service,information security,privacy protection,nurse patient security,dispute resolution,etc.,accounted for 94.00％,ranking first;the service items,dispute complaint handling mechanism,complaint and review channels provided by"Internet plus nursing service"accounted for 92.00％,ranking second;the qualification required of nurses for"Internet plus nursing service"accounted for 87.00％,ranking third.Conclusion As a new thing,"Internet plus nursing service"could accurately meet people's diversified and multi-level health needs,and could better improve the quality and efficiency of nursing.
