Application of predictive nursing in critically ill patients in the ICU
Objective To summarize the application effect of predictive nursing in intensive care unit(ICU)intensive nursing,in order to reduce the occurrence of adverse events in the ICU.Methods A total of 68 ICU patients who were treated in Gaotang County People's Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by parity method,with 34 patients in each group.The control group received basic nursing measures,while the observation group received predictive nursing measures.The hospitalization time,infection incidence rate,nursing satisfaction rate and psychological status scores of two groups after intervention were compared.Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group;the incidence of infection in the observation group was 2.94%,which was lower than that in the control group with 23.53%;the satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 97.06%,which was higher than 61.76%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of predictive nursing in ICU intensive nursing was significant,which further suppressed the infection situation in the ICU,reduced the incidence of infection,reduced the incidence of adverse events,and improved the satisfaction rate of clinical nursing,alleviated negative emotions of patients,promoted patients to maintain a good mood and actively accept diagnosis and treatment,which had high clinical application value.
