Observation on the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative pain patients in department of obstetrics and gynecology
Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative pain patients in department of obstetrics and gynecology,in order to provide reference for improving clinical treatment effectiveness.Methods Ninety postoperative pain patients in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Tianjin Huanghe Hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into conventional group and comprehensive group using random number table method,with 45 patients in each group.Patients in the conventional group received routine nursing intervention,while patients in the comprehensive group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The pain score,nursing satisfaction rate,quality of life score and anxiety score of patients between two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The proportion of mild pain in the comprehensive group was higher than that in the conventional group,while the proportion of severe pain was lower than that in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the comprehensive group was 97.78％,which was higher than 86.67％in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=3.84,P＜0.05).Before nursing,there were no statistically significant differences in quality of life and anxiety scores between the two groups(P＞0.05);after nursing,the quality of life scores of patients in the comprehensive group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the anxiety score was lower than that in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for postoperative pain patients in department of obstetrics and gynecology could effectively alleviate the degree of pain,improve quality of life,reduce negative emotions such as anxiety,promote patient recovery,and achieve high patient satisfaction.It had clinical application value.
