The value of fully automated blood cell analyzer in blood routine test
Objective To explore the clinical application value of fully automated blood cell analyzer for blood routine test,in order to provide reliable basis for clinical disease diagnosis and treatment. Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent blood routine test at Tianjin Hexi District Jianshan Street Community Health Service Center from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to different inspection methods, with 50 patients in each group. The study group received fully automated blood cell analyzer test, while the control group received blood smear cell morphology test. The results of the two groups were analyzed and compared, and the positive detection rate of the two test methods were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the positive detection rate of immature cells and primitive cells in the study group were relatively lower, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no statistically significant differences in the positive detection rates of neutrophils, basophils, eosinophils and lymphocytes between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of cell morphology microscopy and fully automated blood cell analyzer in clinical blood routine test had obvious testing value, with each having its own advantages and disadvantages. The former could intuitively and stereoscopically display the morphological characteristics of blood cells, and had high test accuracy, but the operation was relatively complex. The latter was convenient and fast to operate, but there was still a certain false positive rate.In clinical practical applications, the two test methods could be combined, which could further improve the accuracy of the test.
