Analysis of clinical effect of high-quality nursing on patients in gastroenterology department
Objective To evaluate and test the clinical value of applying high-quality nursing model in the nursing of patients in gastroenterology department.Methods A total of 100 patients admitted to Gaotang County People's Hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research subjects.According to the admission sequence be hospitalized,the patients were divided into reference group with 48 cases and study group with 52 cases.The reference group received routine nursing,while the study group received high-quality nursing.The nursing quality score,negative emotions,improvement in quality of life and treatment compliance of two groups of patients were researched.Results The language attitude,nurse-patient communication and environmental nursing scores of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of both groups decreased,and the scores of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the physical function,mental state,social function and physiological function scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the study group was 98.08%,which was higher than that in the reference group with 85.42%,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.435 7,P<0.05).Conclusion Applying high-quality nursing to patients in the gastroenterology department could not only improve their negative emotions,but also enhance their quality of life.
