Application effect of early rehabilitation nursing after cardiac bypass surgery
Objective To analyze the application effect of early rehabilitation nursing after cardiac bypass surgery, and provide reference for improving clinical nursing level. Methods A total of 86 patients who underwent cardiac bypass surgery at Tianjin Chest Hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into observation group and control group with 43 patients in each group, using random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, that was, carrying out various basic nursing work according to the doctor's instructions;the observation group received early rehabilitation nursing, including observing the changes in the patient's condition, paying attention to detailed nursing and engaging in early functional exercise, etc. The quality of life scores and postoperative recovery between two groups were compared. Results The scores of physical function, muscle pain, emotional function and social function in the observation group were(95.68±5.79),(93.46± 5.46),(94.24±4.35)and(92.24±6.79)points,which were significantly higher than those in the control group with(82.11±6.35),(86.35±5.71),(84.13±5.32)and(85.57±7.13)points,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The 6MWT of the observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group, and the hospital stay, exhaust time and get out of bed time were all significantly shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing cardiac bypass surgery could shorten the recovery time and improve their quality of life, which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
