Application effect of high-quality nursing in first aid of craniocerebral trauma
Objective To analyze the application effect of implementing high-quality nursing for emergency patients with craniocerebral trauma,and to provide reference experience for clinical practice.Methods A total of 88 patients with craniocerebral trauma treated at Chiping District People's Hospital in Liaocheng City from April 2019 to February 2021 were selected.They were divided into control group and study group by random grouping method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,with disease monitoring as the main focus,while the study group received high-quality nursing from three aspects:acute phase,consciousness recovery phase and stable phase.The clinical emergency efficacy,adverse psychological scores and nursing satisfaction rates between two groups of patients were compared.Results After the intervention,the total effective rate of the study group was 95.45%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 79.55%,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=8.166,P<0.05);the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was 95.45%,which was significantly higher than the 77.27%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=9.777,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in the care of emergency patients with craniocerebral trauma had a significant effect on improving the overall efficacy and negative emotions of patients.The effect was significantly better than routine nursing models,and the patient satisfaction was relatively higher.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
