Effect of psychological rehabilitation nursing on patients with rectal cancer enterostomy
Objective To observe the effect of psychological rehabilitation nursing in patients with rectal cancer enterostomy,in order to provide reference for the development of clinical nursing plans.Methods A total of 110 patients with rectal cancer enterostomy admitted to Guangdong Province Jiangmen Central Hospital from February 2019 to December 2020 were selected to study.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random drawing of lots,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received psychological rehabilitation nursing intervention.The psychological state before and after nursing,nursing satisfaction rate and surgical condition of two groups of patients were compared.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 94.55%,which was higher than 74.55%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.419,P<0.05).The duration of surgery in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological rehabilitation nursing in rectal cancer enterostomy patients could effectively change their psychological state,establish their confidence in fighting against the disease,reduce intraoperative blood loss,promote rapid recovery and gain general recognition from patients.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
