Research progress of combined detection of serum tumor markers in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer
Primary liver cancer(PLC)is one of the more common cancer diseases in clinical practice, and most of PLC are clinically diagnosed as hepatocellular carcinoma. Its primary in the liver, etiology and pathogenesis are not clear, early symptoms hidden, with the gradual development of the disease, patients will appear to varying degrees of loss of appetite, listlessness of spirit and other symptoms,at same time, the patients will gradually lose weight, weight loss faster.Even after treatment, there is a significant risk of recurrence, poor prognosis and high mortality. The most effective treatment principle for PLC is"early examination, early diagnosis and early treatment".Therefore, early detection and diagnosis are particularly important for the treatment of PLC.In the early diagnosis of PLC include important methods such as pathology, radiology and serum tumor markers.Tumor marker detection is more convenient and fast, and is increasingly being applied in clinical and scientific research. In the diagnosis of PLC,the combined detection of multiple tumor markers in serum has a corresponding increase in sensitivity and specificity compared to single detection. This article provides a review of the research progress on the clinical diagnostic value of serum tumor markers and their combined detection in PLC,in order to provide the reference plan for clinical diagnosis of PLC.
