Effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on patients after total knee replacement
Objective To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on patients after total knee replacement.Methods From October 2021 to November 2022,39 patients admitted to Binzhou Central Hospital to receive total knee replacement were randomly selected.According to different nursing forms,they were divided into observation group with 20 cases and control group with 19 cases.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received rapid rehabilitation nursing.The postoperative functional recovery,surgical related indicators and pain scores of the two groups were compared.Results The HSS score of the observation group was(85.47±9.58)points after operation,which was higher than(66.25±11.25)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.754 4,P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in pain scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The surgical indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients with total knee replacement could promote the recovery of patients,improve functional abnormalities,reduce pain,relieve the symptoms of patients due to the disease,which had a high application value.
