Analysis of quality control responsibility system in disinfection supply nursing management
Objective To explore the impact of quality control responsibility system on the quatily management assessment of medical staff and equipment qualification rate in disinfection supply nursing management.Methods Forty disinfection supply center personnel admitted to Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from March 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the routine group and the research group using random bicolor ball extraction method,with 20 cases in each group,and the disinfection and sterilization of 80 instruments(packages)used in the two groups were studied.The routine group applied routine disinfection and sterilization management,and the research group applied quality control responsibility system on this basis.The device qualification rate and quality management assessment scores between the two groups were compared.Results The qualified rates of cleaning,disinfection,packaging,and sterilization in the research group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The timely supply of sterile items,service attitude,and effective communication scores of the medical staff of the research group were better than those of the routine group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of quality control responsibility system in disinfection supply nursing management had a significant effect,which could ensure the qualified rate of equipment(sterilization),help reduce the occurrence of adverse infection events in the hospital,improve the satisfaction of medical staff,and which was worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
