Effect of bilateral successive decompressive craniectomy in the treatment of severe craniocerebral trauma
Objective To analyze the clinical value of bilateral successive decompressive craniectomy in the treatment of severe craniocerebral trauma. Methods A total of 86 patients with severe craniocerebral trauma treated in Gaotang County People's Hospital from April 2020 to March 2021 were divided into observation group and reference group by random double-blind method, with 43 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with bilateral simultaneous decompressive craniectomy, and bilateral craniotomy hematoma removal and decompression were performed at the same time;the observation group was treated with bilateral successive decompressive craniectomy. The treatment effect,GOS score and treatment safety of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment effective rate in the observation group was 79.07%,which was higher than 39.53%of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rates of rebleeding and subdural effusion in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of multiple organ failure and brain failure between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of severe craniocerebral trauma, bilateral successive decompressive craniectomy could achieve good results.Compared with bilateral simultaneous decompressive craniectomy,it had significant effect in improving the treatment effect and reducing the incidence of complications, and had good safety. It had significant clinical application and popularization value.
