Effect of levamlodipine combined with captopril in the treatment of hypertension
Objective Based on the observation of the effect of levamlodipine combined with captopril in the treatment of hypertension in the form of inter-group comparison,the safety and effectiveness of the treatment were emphatically analyzed.Methods A total of 30 hypertensive patients admitted to Tianjin Hedong District Dongxin Street Community Health Service Center from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Basic information such as gender and age of the 30 patients were entered into Excel software for random grouping.This controlled trial consisted of two groups,one of which consisted of 15 patients who received treatment with levamlodipine and was named the control group;the other group consisted of 15 patients who received treatment with levamlodipine combined with captopril,and was named the observation group.The blood pressure levels,treatment effectiveness,and the incidence of adverse reactions of two groups based on multiple observation indicators were evaluated.Results From the perspective of antihypertensive effects,the diastolic blood pressure(DBP)of the observation group and the control group after treatment were(83.34±5.28)and(88.19±5.23)mmHg,and the systolic blood pressure(SBP)were(128.46±10.23)and(137.36±12.18)mmHg,respectively,and the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).In terms of treatment effectiveness,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 100.00％,which was higher than 73.33％in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.615 4,P＜0.05).From the perspective of treatment safety,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of levamlodipine and captopril had a good effect on the treatment of hypertension.Compared to using levamlodipine alone,the application of this therapy could exert stronger anti hypertensive effects,with both safety and effectiveness,and which was worthy of clinical promotion.
