Study on the effect of clinical rehabilitation treatment for hypertensive stroke
Objective To analyze the value of clinical rehabilitation treatment applied to hypertensive stroke,and provide reference plans for the clinical treatment of hypertensive stroke.Methods A total of 92 hypertensive stroke patients admitted to Gaotang County People's Hospital from February 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the observation subjects.They were divided into a control group and a study group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received conventional medication treatment,mainly drugs to improve neurological function.The study group received clinical rehabilitation treatment on the basis of the control group,mainly acupoint massage,limb exercise,balance training,standing and walking training,daily life ability training,and language function training.The clinical efficacy,motor function,daily living ability,and quality of life scores between two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.48%,which was higher than 78.26%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.224,P<0.05).After treatment,the Fugl-Meye,ADL and SF-36 scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of hypertensive stroke patients could effectively improve their overall efficacy,improve their motor function and daily living ability,and further improve their quality of life,which was worth clinical reference and reference.
