Clinical efficacy of high-quality nursing on patients with acute appendicitis
Objective To analyze the indicators of satisfaction and quality of life of patients with acute appendicitis after the implementation of high-quality nursing measures,and to evaluate the application value of the above measures.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute appendicitis admitted to Gaotang County People's Hospital from December 2020 to September 2021 were included.They were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The study group was given high-quality nursing measures and the control group was given routine nursing measures.The quality of life and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared to evaluate the effectiveness of the above measures.Results The scores of quality of life in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was 97.50％,which was higher than 80.00％in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.134 6,P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 2.50％,which was lower than 20.00％in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.134 6,P＜0.05).Conclusion After the implementation of high-quality nursing measures,the quality of life of patients with acute appendicitis had significantly improved,and patients'satisfaction was high,indicating that the implementation of the nursing scheme could effectively improve the treatment and prognosis,and realize the physical and mental health of patients.
