The influence of nursing intervention satisfaction and quality of life on patients with severe pneumonia
Objective To analyze the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on the satisfaction rate and quality of life of intensive care unit(ICU)patients with severe pneumonia,in order to improve the effectiveness of nursing intervention.Methods A total of 64 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to Gaotang County People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group using the parity method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received basic nursing intervention,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The overall satisfaction rate of nursing and quality of life scores between two groups after intervention were compared.Results The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 96.90%,which was higher than 68.80%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.891 2,P<0.05).The psychological status,social function,physical function and sleep quality scores of the observation group were(76.28±4.12),(77.49±3.76),(80.67±3.02)and(78.69±4.43)points,respectively,which were higher than the control group's(48.59±8.69),(59.83± 7.08),(60.23±5.54)and(50.97±9.81)points,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention could effectively improve the nursing satisfaction rate and quality of life of ICU severe pneumonia patients,ensure the overall nursing level,and help improve clinical symptoms of patients,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
