Analysis of clinical effect of Anleike injection in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of using Anlieke injection for postpartum hemorrhage,to provide reference for the clinical treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods A total of 84 postpartum hemorrhage parturients admitted to Gaotang County People's Hospital from September 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into observation group and control group, with 42 cases in each group, using random numble table method. The control group received treatment with oxytocin, while the observation group received treatment with Anleike injection. The serum related indicators,24 h postpartum bleeding volume, clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups of parturients were compared. Results The NO and NOS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while BNP was lower than that in the control group, the 24 h postpartum bleeding volume in the observation group was less than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 97.62%,which was significantly higher than 78.57%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=7.264 9,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups of postpartum women(x2=0.552 6,P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Anleke injection in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage could effectively reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage, improve serum indicators, and enhance clinical efficacy, which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
