Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on viral myocarditis
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with viral myocarditis,in order to provide reference for the development of clinical nursing plans of patients with viral myocarditis.Methods A total of 120 patients with viral myocarditis admitted to Gaotang County People's Hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group using computer random grouping method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing effect and quality of life scores befor and after nursing of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 96.67％,which was higher than 83.33％in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.925 9,P＜0.05).Before nursing,there were no statistically significant differences in the various quality of life scores between the two groups(P＞0.05);after nursing,the various quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing interventions could effectively improve the nursing effect of patients with viral myocarditis,enhance their quality of life,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
