Research progress of regulatory B cells in autoimmune skin diseases
Autoimmune diseases are tissue damage diseases caused by the body's immune response to autoantigens, such as systemic lupus erythematosus, systemic sclerosis and psoriasis are common autoimmune diseases. At present, the academic community has not formed a clear understanding of the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases.Regulatory B cells are B lymphocytes with inhibitory function and can participate in negative immune regulation. In recent years, the research by some scholars have shown that it plays an important role in the pathogenesis of autoimmune skin diseases. The changes of the content and function of regulatory B cells are closely related to the pathogenesis of a variety of autoimmune diseases, and its immune regulatory function reflects its important value in the study of autoimmune diseases. Therefore,in recent years, many scholars have carried out a lot of research work on regulatory B cells and autoimmune skin diseases, and achieved some new understanding.Based on this, this paper reviews the research progress of the regulatory B cells and the mechanism of regulatory B cells in the pathogenesis of autoimmune skin diseases, aims to provide reference for clinical treatment of autoimmune skin diseases.
