Prevention and nursing progress of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after radical resection of cervical cancer
Cervical cancer is one of the common gynecological tumors. In recent years, with the change of lifestyle and habits, its incidence rate has increased significantly.Radical resection of cervical cancer is an effective treatment method for cervical cancer, but patients may still experience a series of adverse reactions after surgery, such as lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(DVT),which affects their postoperative quality of life. The clinical study shows that systematic nursing interventions such as perioperative prophylactic anticoagulant drug application, diet adjustment, fine operation, posture adjustment, physical prevention and functional exercise are of positive significance in improving the venous blood reflux of lower limbs and reducing the risk of postoperative lower limb DVT.And strengthening the screening of high-risk populations and implementing preventive measures in a timely manner is an important measure to further improve the quality of medical services, and it is also an important direction for current nursing research. This article searches the database and arranges the clinical related literature, and reviews the common causes of lower limb DVT after radical operation of cervical cancer, preventive nursing measures during perioperative period, and the nursing measures of lower limb DVT,in order to provide reference for guiding the clinical development of scientific and reasonable prevention and nursing programs to reduce the incidence rate of DVT and improve the clinical cure rate after radical operation of cervical cancer.
