Effect of outcome retrospective education combined with dietary nursing in patients with myocardial infarction
Objective To analyze the effect of outcome retrospective education combined with dietary nursing on myocardial infarction patients, and provide assistance in improving patient prognosis. Methods A total of 60 patients with myocardial infarction admitted to Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group using a random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine inpatient nursing, while the observation group received outcome retrospective education combined with dietary nursing. The cardiac function indicators, anxiety and depression scores, and nutritional status of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing,LVEF in the observation group increased compared to the control group, while LVEDV and LVESV decreased compared to the control group;the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;the serum albumin and serum prealbumin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;and the above differeweces are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of retrospective education combined with dietary nursing in patients with myocardial infarction could improve their cardiac function and nutritional status, and alleviate their negative emotions.Because the combination of two types of nursing could exert synergy, outcome retrospective education could help patients master more disease knowledge, improve their life skills and self-care ability, and greatly contribute to their prognosis.By developing a scientific dietary plan for patients, supplementing the body with the necessary nutrients to ensure nutritional balance, dietary nursing could improve the quality of life of patients and had clinical application value.
