Effect of hysteroscopic electroresection combined with drugs treatment on endometrial polyps
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of hysteroscopic electroresection combined with mifepristone, and analyze the duration of abnormal vaginal bleeding, menstrual recovery time, changes in menstrual volume and prevention of recurrence in patients with endometrial polyps,in order to evaluate the effectiveness of this measure. Methods A total of 72 patients with endometrial polyps admitted to Shandong Province Liaocheng Gaotang County People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 36 cases in each group, using a random number table method. The control group underwent hysteroscopic electroresection, while the study group underwent a combination of hysteroscopic electroresection and mifepristone treatment. The feasibility of combined treatment measures was analyzed by examining the recovery time of menstruation, changes in menstrual flow, duration of abnormal vaginal bleeding and prevention of recurrence in two groups of patients. Results After treatment, the menstrual flow in the study group was less than that in the control group, and the recovery time of menstruation and the duration of abnormal vaginal bleeding were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disease recurrence rates of the study group were lower than those of the control group at 6th and 12th month after surgery, and the total treatment effectiveness rate was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic electroresection combined with mifepristone had a good therapeutic effect and had played a significant advantage in the treatment of endometrial polyp diseases. It could help patients reduce menstrual flow, shorten menstrual recovery time, and shorten the duration of abnormal vaginal bleeding. Its promotion and application value was high.
