Study on the effect of the combination of ginkgo biloba extract and ozagrel in the treatment of cerebral infarction
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the combination of ginkgo biloba extract and ozagrel in the treatment of cerebral infarction,in order to provide reference for the formulation of clinical drug treatment plans, and improve the prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A study was conducted on 200 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Liaocheng Chiping District People's Hospital from January 2018 to October 2022.They were divided into control group and observation group, with 100 cases in each group, using random number table method. The control group received treatment with ozagrel, while the observation group received treatment with the combination of ginkgo biloba extract on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate of clinical treatment between two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 99.00%,which was significantly higher than the 92.00%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.701,P<0.05).Conclusion Drug therapy was mainly used for patients with cerebral infarction.Ozagrel belonged to the category of selective thromboxane synthase inhibitors, and ginkgo biloba extract contained multiple active ingredients.Compared with single drug therapy, the combination of the two could effectively improve neurological function and enhance patient treatment efficacy, which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
