Application value of clinical nursing pathway in patients with chronic bronchitis
Objective To evaluate the value of clinical nursing pathway in patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic bronchitis treated at Gaotang County People's Hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the observation subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group using a randomized block grouping method,with 45 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing(including disease monitoring,environmental nursing,health education,and other routine measures),while the observation group received clinical nursing pathways(including establishing a clinical nursing pathway group,developing a standardized nursing pathway table,strengthening psychological counseling,respiratory nursing,etc.).The quality of life scores and their satisfaction with nursing measures between two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in the score of quality of life between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05);the scores of emotional function and overall health of the observation group after intervention were higher than those of the control group;the satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 93.33％,which was significantly higher than the control group's 75.56％;and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion in the clinical nursing process of patients with chronic bronchitis,the application of clinical nursing path method could achieve better results.Compared with conventional nursing methods,it had more significant effect in improving patients'quality of life and satisfaction with nursing interventions.It had high application value and was suitable for application and promotion.
