Application effect of continuous nursing model for patients with chronic gastritis
Objective To analyze the impact of continuous nursing model on compliance and quality of life of patients with chronic gastritis,and to provide reference for clinical nursing of patients with chronic gastritis.Methods Fifty patients with chronic gastritis admitted to Gaotang County People's Hospital from December 2020 to October 2021 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received continuous nursing model.The compliance scores,quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction rates were compared between two groups.Results The compliance scores of smoking and drinking cessation,reasonable diet,regular follow-up visits and standardized medication in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The social activity,physical activity,energy,sleep and emotional scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was 100.00％,which was higher than 76.00％in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=6.818 2,P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous nursing model in the nursing of patients with chronic gastritis had a good effect,which could promote the improvement of patient compliance and quality of life,and was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
