Effect of Wenxin Granules combined with Naoxintong Capsules in the treatment of CCS arrhythmia
Objective To observe the treatment effect of Wenxin Granules combined with Naoxintong Capsules on cardiac-cerebral syndrome(CCS)arrhythmia,in order to provide reference for improving clinical treatment effect of CCS arrhythmia.Methods A total of 80 CCS arrhythmia patients admitted to Yanggu County People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group by using the random number table method.Two groups were given corresponding routine basic treatment according to the type of cerebrovascular disease.The control group received Wenxin Granules,while the observation group received additional treatment with Naoxintong Capsules on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects,abnormal condition of cardiac indicators,the ectopic beats and catecholamine concentrations before and after 1 week treatment between two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50％,which was higher than 77.5％of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.600,P＜0.05).The incidences of cardiac ST-T changes,abnormal myocardial enzymes and abnormal cardiac function in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the concentrations of epinephrine(E),norepinephrine(NE)and and dopamine(DA)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The numbers of episodes of ventricular and supraventricular ectopic beats in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of Wenxin Granules and Naoxintong Capsules had significant effect on treating CCS arrhythmia,helping to reduce the concentration of catecholamines and slow down ectopic beats,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
