Effect of integrated emergency nursing on patients with diabetic ketoacidosis
Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated emergency nursing intervention on patients with diabetic ketoacidosis,to explore effective emergency nursing methods for patients with diabetic ketoacidosis,in order to provide basis for formulating clinical nursing programs. Methods A total of 86 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis who were admitted to Tianjin Medical University Chu Hsien-I Memorial Hospital from October 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received integrated emergency nursing on the basis of the control group. The success rate of rescue, incidence rate of complications, correction time of acidosis, time of urine ketone body to turn negative and satisfaction rate of nursing interventions between two groups were compared. Results The success rates of rescue in both groups were 100.00%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 4.65%,which was lower than 18.60%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.073 7,P<0.05).The correction time of acidosis and the time of urine ketone body to turn negative in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing intervention in the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 79.07%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.107 9,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of integrated emergency nursing intervention for patients with diabetic ketoacidosis was good. The success rate of patients'rescue was high, the incidence rate of the complication was low,the patiens'recovery was fast and the satisfaction rate was high, which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
