Effect of risk nursing on diabetic patients with intensive insulin pump therapy
Objective To observe the effect of risk nursing on diabetic patients with intensive insulin pump therapy, and in order to explore the effective nursing plan for diabetic patients. Methods A total of 106 patients with diabetes mellitus who received intensive insulin pump therapy in Tianjin Medical University Chu Hsien-I Memorial Hospital from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected for research.According to different nursing methods, the patients were divided into routine group and risk nursing group, with 53 patients in each group.Patients in the routine group received routine nursing interventions, while patients in the risk nursing group received risk nursing interventions on the basis of routine group. The insulin dosage, the time to meet blood glucose standards, hospital stay, incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction rate of nursing interventions between two groups of patients were compared. Results The insulin dosage in the risk nursing group was(30.26±4.29)U/d,which was less than that in the routine group with(41.25±5.23)U/d,and the time to meet blood glucose standards and hospital stay were(6.75±1.10)and(10.02±1.01)d,which were shorter than those in the routine group with(8.23±1.65)and(12.12±1.62)d,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the risk nursing group was 3.77%,which was lower than 15.09%in the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=3.975 0,P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing intervention in the risk nursing group was 96.23%,which was higher than 83.02%in the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.970 3,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of risk nursing for diabetic patients with intensive insulin pump therapy was better, which could better promote the recovery of patients'blood glucose level. The treatment of patients took effect quickly, the amount of insulin was small, and the adverse reactions were few,the patients were satisfied and recognized, which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
