Progress of etiology and clinical nursing and treatment of transient ischemic attack
Transient ischemic attack is a relatively common clinical disease, which refers to the transient and focal brain function, spinal cord or retinal dysfunction without acute cerebral infarction caused by intracranial vascular lesions. Most patients'symptoms can be relieved within 24 h,and most patients will not leave any symptoms of neurological function loss after symptom relief. Therefore, people do not pay attention to the risk of this disease.Transient ischemic attack is prone to repeated attacks,if the patient has repeated attacks, and can not get timely treatment, which may develop cerebral infarction is a threat to the patient's life.In recent years, the incidence of transient ischemic attack has increased significantly and the harm is serious,so clinical attention is paid to it.Timely understanding of the main causes of transient ischemic attack is of great significance for timely diagnosis and effective prevention. The pathogeny, risk factors,pre-hospital first aid nursing, clinical diagnosis and clinical treatment methods(antiplatelet therapy, anticoagulant therapy,lipid-lowering therapy, traditional Chinese medicine therapy and surgical trerapy)of transient ischemic attack are reviewed in this paper,so as to effectively prevent and treat transient ischemic attack, ensure patients'safety.
