Application progress of portable ventilator in pre-hospital first aid of patients with breathing difficulties
With the continuous development of medical technology,portable ventilator has become one of the important emergency equipment,its light and easy to carry characteristics make it become the important auxiliary tool in hospital emergency room,operating room and other medical institutions.Studies have shown that portable ventilator can not only improve patients'blood oxygen saturation and heart rate,but also adjust breathing rate and improve the success rate of pre-hospital first aid.With the development of medical technology and the increasing demand for pre-hospital first aid,the use of portable ventilators is becoming more and more popular.Portable ventilators show greater potential and wide application prospects in pre-hospital first aid,which is of great significance for improving the success rate of first aid and the quality of life of patients.This paper comprehensively reviews the classification and clinical manifestations of breathing difficulties,including pulmonary,toxic,cardiogenic and neuropsychiatric breathing difficulties,then emphasizes the importance of pre-hospital first aid in emergency medical service system,and especially points out the application value of portable ventilators such as ResMed and Flight-60 in pre-hospital first aid of patients with breathing diffculties,in order to provide assistance for the application of portable ventilators in pre-hospital first aid of patients with breathing difficulties.
