Progress in related nursing of endoscopic resection of intestinal polyps
The relevant investigation shows that in recent years,under the joint action of many factors,the incidence of intestinal polyps continues to increase,which has caused adverse effects on the health of the people.From the perspective of the incidence of population analysis,some data show that elderly patients accounted for the majority.In terms of disease types,colon polyps and rectal polyps are the most common in clinic,and the incidence of small intestinal polyps is low.Studies have shown that patients with intestinal polyps have no special clinical manifestations,most of them have hematochezia,frequent defecation,mucus stool and other symptoms,and a few have perforation and intestinal obstruction.When intestinal polyps are detected early,the use of endoscopic resection can significantly improve the cure rate and postoperative quality of patients.Endoscopic resection of intestinal polyps is a non-surgical treatment method,it is the first choice for the treatment of intestinal polyps,which is widely used in clinic and the treatment effect is good.However,if patients do not be taken proper nursing methods after operation,complications such as intestinal perforation and intestinal bleeding may occur.Therefore,patients with intestinal polyps should receive scientific and effective nursing after operation,which helps to reduce the occurrence risk of complications and shorten the recovery time.This article reviews the related nursing progress of endoscopic resection of intestinal polyps,in order to provide reference for the nursing of patients undergoing endoscopic resection of intestinal polyps.
