Effect of comprehensive insulation measures on patients undergoing laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery
Objective To explore the effect and value of comprehensive insulation in laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery.Methods A total of 62 patients with laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery admitted to Tianjin Nankai Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were included in this study and randomly divided into control group and insulation group with 31 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine operating room nursing,and the patients in the insulation group received comprehensive insulation measures intervention before and after surgery on the basis of the control group.The nasal temperature at different time points,full wakefulness time,extubation time,first exhaust time,defecation time,feeding time and nursing satisfaction rate of patients between two groups were compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences in nasal temperature between the two groups of patients at admission and in the operating room(P＞0.05);the nasal temperature of patients in the insulation group were higher than those of the control group at the beginning of surgery,1 hour during surgery,at the end of surgery,and when fully awake after surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The full wakefulness time,extubation time,first exhaust time,defecation time,and feeding time of patients in the insulation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＞0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing for patients in the insulation group was 96.77％,which was higher than the control group's 77.42％,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.166 7,P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive insulation measures for laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery could achieve good results,maintain the body temperature of patients before and after surgery,promote faster recovery of patients,which was worthy of clinical application and promotion.
